Hi. I’m Joseph Middleton…
A husband, father, creative, and sometimes even a little tech savvy. Over the past two decades I have teamed up with numerous ministries throughout the USA serving in a variety of capacities including administrative leadership, multimedia and production, and mentoring musicians in the biblical principles of worship. My ongoing mission is to build up others to serve the Lord in excellence, driven by a genuine pursuit for God’s absolute truth to be communicated both inside and outside the walls of the places we congregate with great impact.
Family
My amazing wife, Chesney, said “yes” over 13 years ago and has become a true tandem partner in ministry as an encourager, dreamer, discerner, and intercessor. Our dancing daughter of Zion, Willow, is seven years old and aspires to be a rockstar. Our youngest little roar is a son named Judah. He just learned to walk. We just learned to run.
Music & Worship
I am zealous for uncovering biblical principles in relating to, and worshiping, God through music, prayer and intercession. My 25 years of experience in music ministry includes extensive local church team building, national and international training conferences, and studio recording projects. These opportunities have allowed me to develop technical skills in numerous instruments, music accompaniment and arrangement, and in both recording and live sound system applications. While technical skills are important they aren’t first priority. I find an immense sense of fulfillment in teaching and releasing other musicians and singers to cultivate a genuine relationship with God and thrive in their unique area of gifting so that God may be exalted through them, contagiously affecting everyone they encounter.
Harp of Zion
Please join me on this daring adventure into the scriptures; into the land where they were originally scribed. Discover Abba’s longing for relationship through the example of those like King David who sought after His heart. I hope that sharing my successes and failures out loud will bless you richly.
